NEW ‘MAGICAL DAYS OUT’ PARTNERSHIP IN TIME FOR SUMMER

Three Nines Children’s Charity is excited to announce a new partnership with Merlin’s Magic Wand – together we will be helping children and families affected by crime, trauma and hardship enjoy magical days out at some of the UK’s most popular Merlin attractions.

We are inviting emergency service professionals, safeguarding and child protection teams, and victim support partners to make referrals via our simple, secure online referral form. We’ll do the rest.

Three Nines was set up to support children and young people suffering trauma and/or hardship as a result of incidents and crimes attended by the emergency services – Police, Fire & Rescue and Ambulance Services.

Anne Campbell Gunn, CEO of Three Nines Children’s Charity, said:

“Merlin’s Magic Wand is a fantastic charity and we’re delighted to have been chosen as partners to help our shared mission of bringing a little magic into children’s lives, particularly those who could do with some cheering up.

Many of the children and families we support have experienced significant trauma through no fault of their own, and we’re on a mission to give them something to smile about again. Referrals will also be considered for other services we offer, including emotional support.”

Referrals from our existing referral and delivery partners, including agencies supporting victims and witnesses of crime, have already helped families access Magical Days Out through the partnership.
